Meta advertising is the fastest way for a remodeling company to create demand rather than wait for it. It is also the easiest place to waste money. Here is how East Shore Digital runs it, in enough detail that you could judge any agency by it.
Search captures homeowners already looking. That demand is real but limited, competitive, and expensive per click in most remodeling markets. Meta reaches the much larger group who have been thinking about the kitchen for a year and have not typed anything into Google yet.
That means the ad has to do more work. Nobody was searching. Your job is to interrupt with something relevant enough that a homeowner raises their hand.
Creative is the single biggest lever on Meta. Targeting matters less than most contractors expect, because the platform learns who responds from who engages.
Keep it simple and let the creative do the filtering.
Both work. They fail in different ways.
Cheaper per lead and higher volume, because the homeowner never leaves the app. The trade-off is lower intent, so qualification questions inside the form and immediate follow-up are not optional.
Fewer inquiries at a higher cost each, but generally better intent, because the homeowner clicked through, read something, and chose to fill out a form. Landing pages also let you sell the offer properly.
Which one wins depends on your project value and how fast your follow-up is. High-ticket work with slow follow-up should lean toward landing pages. Strong speed-to-lead makes instant forms viable.
A homeowner who fills out a Meta form is often still scrolling. Contact in minutes and you are having a conversation. Contact tomorrow and you are competing with the two contractors who called first, or getting no answer at all.
Every campaign we run has calling and texting attached from minute one, plus a structured sequence over the following days for anyone who does not pick up.
Between the inquiry and your calendar there should be a filter: project type, timeline, ownership, budget realism, and decision makers. Appointments then get booked around crew capacity, confirmed, and reminded. The full step-by-step is on the service page.
Meta will happily report cost per lead all day. That number cannot pay a crew. Track further down: contact rate, qualification rate, booked estimates, show rate, closed jobs, and collected revenue. When those are wired up, you can tell which ad produced a $30,000 job instead of guessing.
Real numbers from campaigns built this way are in our remodeling case studies, including 1st Truitt's first month. For kitchen and bath specifics, see marketing for kitchen and bath remodelers, or start with the overview on remodeling marketing.
We will look at your project types, radius, capacity, and current follow-up, then tell you whether Meta advertising makes sense for you right now.
